Subscribing to feeds doesn't quite work right. They take forever to update, and the updates are grouped, which is not what I would want when pulling twitter updates into Jaiku. And yes, Jaiku might be better, but you're still the only person I know that uses it, despite my attempting to invite others.
Sadly, I'm not often in front of my Mac these days, and I like to be able to post from my phone as well.
Yeah, what I really should do is to hack a script together to do what I want, I'm just not sure if I'll get around to it in the near future. Too many other interesting things to do.

Twitter will post to Jaiku if you subscribe your Twitter feed. Otherwise go with the better service (<hint>Jaiku</hint>).

There has to be an application somewhere that does posts to multiple sites like Twitter and Jaiku.

There's one for OS/X called MoodBlast
The API is simple enough for both that wrapping it in a python script would be simple as well.
